CLYDEHSI SCANNING SOLUTIONS


ClydeHSI push-broom hyperspectral cameras are essentially a specialised type of line scan camera - they measure one line at a time and at each pixel point along that line they measure an optical spectrum. This is an optically efficient process and permits both high-spatial and spectral resolutions to be obtained.

Different applications therefore require different scanning systems to enable effective hyperspectral imaging, and the type of hyperspectral scanning solution required therefore depends upon the camera and the application requirement. Given the vast and varying range of hyperspectral imaging applications, each with different applicational requirements, there is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to  designing and implementing a hyperspectral imaging system. 

Every ClydeHSI scanner is a complete 'turn-key' hyperspectral solution which includes: spectral camera, scanning stage, lighting system, focus target, reflectance standard, and data acquisition, viewing and analysis software. We also offer unlimited technical support directly to all of ur customers for the lifetime of their system - as standard

SC-C80 CONVEYOR

Benchtop Conveyor System with 220mm wide conveyor belt scanner.

Each ClydeHSI conveyor scanner comprises of a complete turnkey hyperspectral solution that includes: spectral camera, scanning stage, interchangeable sample trays, lighting system, focus target, reflectance standard, data acquisition, viewing and analysis software.

Other key features: auto-focus, auto-square-pixel facility through real-time automatic speed adjustment, single or dual-camera operation with simultaneous data acquisition.


TRANSPORTABLE

Fully transportable conveyor hyperspectral imaging system with 150mm conveyor belt.

Integrated scanner system that can be disassembled in minutes and fit comfortably in a peli-case to be take on-site. Case can store the conveyor system and light-stage, two spectral cameras (VNIR & NIR) and laptop. Single camera use at one time with a fully height adjustable stage.

Available with Li-ion battery pack to enable use without access to mains power supply.


TRANSLATION STAGE

Complete, integrated solution, pre-configured for area scanning over approximately A4, A3 and 1m x 1m sized areas.

All units comprised of rigid camera support arm, precision height adjustable and with sensors for square pixel determination.

Ideal for high precision document scanning in A4 and A3 sizes.


ROTATION STAGE 

Compact rotary scanning system with 360 degree rotational capabilities.

Quick and easy to set-up, the ClydeHSI rotary system can hold and rotate up to 2 hyperspectral cameras depending upon stage model, and are available for all hyperspectral camera configurations. 

Ideal for very large scenes where large areas are to be scanned quickly yet effectively.


MICROSCOPE

Unique, multi-modal capable instrument that permits both light and dark field microscopy, transmission microscopy as well as luminescence and polarization studies for sample bi-refringence.

Motorized nosepiece with wide spectral range objectives as well as automatic mode change facilities. Unique robotic-arm auto-loader with capacity for 6 A4-sized samples

Broad spectral range, ideal for colour and materials identification.


SC-XY-1500 LARGE AREA SCANNER

Portable, high precision, and fully motorised hyperspectral scanning system, designed for hyperspectral scanning of objects up to 1.5m x 1.5m in art/heritage science applications.

System design optimised for functionality and portability - collapsible and detachable Y-direction scanning plane and a 4-wheeled locking base for easy maneuverability and stability.

Designed for non-contact hyperspectral analysis of the most sensitive of large artwork samples which cannot be moved.

ART SCANNER

Highly stabilised and monitored X Y (Z) scanning system for precision scanning of artworks and objects up to 1m x 1m or 2.5m x 2.5m, with macro capability up to 25µm across the full target area.

Automatic stand off distance measurement, and unique Curvature Monitor and compensation system to maintain on-target resolution, ensure focus, and accommodate for shape changes in the artwork across the scanning area.

Ideal for when large areas must be scanned, whilst prioritising high precision and resolution.
